1. Hosting & Infrastructure

This website is hosted with Fasthosts Internet Ltd (Gloucester, UK), a UK-based hosting provider operating ISO 27001-aligned data centres within the United Kingdom. All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS). We do not operate unencrypted HTTP connections for any page that collects personal data.

2. Data Storage Security

Audit application data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based platform with encryption at rest (AES-256), row-level security (RLS) policies, and role-based access controls. Access to the database is restricted to authorised HJC Media Group personnel only, via multi-factor authenticated accounts.

3. Access Control

We apply the principle of least privilege across all our systems. Internal tools, admin dashboards, and client data are accessible only to personnel who require access for their specific role. All internal accounts are protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where technically available.

4. Personal Data Breach Response

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, we are obligated under Article 33 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR to notify the relevant supervisory authority (ICO in the UK, CNIL in France) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and to notify affected individuals without undue delay under Article 34 where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to those individuals.

We maintain an internal data breach register and follow a documented incident response procedure.

5. Third-Party Supplier Security

We carry out due diligence on all third-party service providers before engaging them to process personal data on our behalf. This includes verifying their compliance certifications, reviewing their data processing agreements, and confirming they maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures consistent with GDPR Article 28.

6. Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability affecting our website or services, please report it responsibly by emailing info@hjcmediagroup.com with the subject ‘Security Disclosure’. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and keep you informed of our remediation progress. We ask that you do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
